Various conditions met - Count

Good Day all,

I am very frustrated as i now this can be done, but do not have the
experience to do it as i am very new to this game but must report on a
very big sread sheet that contains over 3000 lines and 130 columns.
I need to count the number of times certian criteria is met, sometimes
only one, but sometimes 4 different criteria need to be met.
I then need to create graphs with these totals.
The spreadsheet is dynamic and changes on a daily basis.
I would like to fully automate this process to run on a batch file after
the spreadsheet has been updated.

can anyone please help me with some code for the count process, possbly
storing the total count as a variable, to be used at a later stage.

Have you looked at using a pivot Table. It might do all you want in a
single step.

Other than that, suggesting code would require details on what the code
should do.
