"Vanishing XP User Profiles"

OS = win XP pro, when loggin on to the user profile, can
put in password, then trys to login and the goes right to
loggin off. The guest account, after typing in password, a
window pops up titled Uer Enviroment, windows canno tlog
you on because your profile cannot be loaded.
