Excel 97.
When I enter an integer value in a cell, it is
automatically multiplied by 100 e.g. entering 3 will
result in the cell having the value 300. The cell is also
multiplied by 100, each and every time it becomes the
active cell. If I include a decimal point in the input
e.g. 3. or 3.1 the cell value remains as input.
