Value of WinXP Hotfixes

I understand your concern but if you follow the link of those hotfixes
its directed to microsoft .
Take this for example

Therefore there is some sort of credibility here...
I want to hear a fair opinion to people who have no vested interests
in Microsoft products.

Ryan baby didn't steal the explanations, he just links to Microsoft's own.

I agree with the others, get Windows Updates from Microsoft.

I just want to hear an unbiased answer....based on actual
experience....with such link

No, you have not come up with one good reason to download from any site
other than MS - WOULD YOU HAVE UNPROTECTED HEX with a stranger???
There are enough MS updates that cause some problems for some - I see no
reason to compound these problems.

Look guys I am looking for people who can give a competent assessment
what Ryan can provide based on actual experience ...and not mere
hypothesis....
