Validating time-of-day input

Hi

I have some elapsed times that are calcualted from time-of-day input. Date
entry cells are formatted as custom (hh:mm).
How do I set the Data|Validation options so that an error message will pop
up if the user doesn't use the correct format (e.g. types 1430 or 14;30
instead of 14:30)?

in the data validation you could choose date/time as validation type
