Validating of sorts

I have a list of details in 'details sheet', I have a form (Called
'form') which is used to populate the 'details sheet'.

I have a 3 sheet called 'don't touch' :-), here is the validation data
for the form.

Can I do something like this, if so how?

details sheet, A3 colum is hobbies, i have many hobbies and more are
added, can I do something to look at A3 put the list into 'don't touch
sheet' and remove all duplicate entries so only one of each is there
for the validator to pick up.

can I look at a column, copy the results to another column and remove
duplicate entries?
