Every company needs to keep track of approvals and be able to post vacation
request on a calendar to view.
Instead of a meeting maker have an option that read Vacation Request.
and instead of read attendees as an invite make it read approvers as the
request get route and approve it also get post and the sender get and answer
also all the proper personnel will be advised.

A very simple request and that will be used forever.

Our agency uses a custom form that works very well for this. Design your
own form that complies with your vacation request procedure. Just drag and
drop the approved form to the calendar to show it in a calendar view. Use a
Public Folder if you want.

If you wish, I can post our form here for a reference.
