V4 Window Update in XP Pro

When attempting to access Windows Update, the page which
directs you to update your Windows Update software is
displayed. Clicking "Windows XP" and "Driver Updates" on
the left side navigation results in the same page being
displayed, making it impossible to access the site.

Do you know any fix?

Windows Update is overloaded with all the people trying to patch their
systems. Try again later.

This is an on-going problem after I applied a latest
window update patch (It was a recommend update to the
Window Update Software but I forgot the number). I am
not sure any new fix for this issue yet?
