V-cards

When I send a V-card, my second phone number changes and the notes will not transmit with the card. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem. If you want, I can send you a V-card so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

Outlook's vCard implementation does not include any notes associated with
the contact. In what way does the phone number change?
