V-box

I've tried downloading trial versions of Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements
2 but can't get into the programs because a box comes up saying "failed to
initialize V-Box 0002-0074-0074 V-Box (I)", and won't let me in. Is this
English to anyone?

Excuse me. I didn't know where the problem originated. But thank you,
because that bit of information is very helpful.
