UTM to Lat-Long Conversions

Anybody know of a class or some code(C# preferred) that can convert UTM (GPS)
coordinates to lat/long coordinates?

Hi,

Just curious. Why do you relate UTM to GPS? GPS (NMEA-0183) output is
Lat/Lon.
