Util for Full Screen Mode ("kiosk mode")

Is there a utility which changes the display in WinXP to show an
application in "full screen mode" with no taskbar or system tray.

I think this is the same as what Microsoft calls "kiosk mode".
 
You could simply right click the taskbar, click
Properties, and check "Auto hide the taskbar", which
would only display the taskbar when your mouse is near
the very bottom of the screen. You could also right click
the taskbar, make sure "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked,
and then just drag from the top of the taskbar to the
very bottom of the screen. However, you probobly want
something more, but I don't think I can help.
