I am unable to get my Jenoptik Jenreader to work on my new
PC with windows XP Pro.
Despite downloading The XP drivers from the manufacturer's
website, an error message informs me that "this installer
is not intended for this operating system".
I am at a loss as I don't want to have to spend another
£50 or so on a new card reader.
