Using XML

Can anybody help?

I want to sit the MOS Exam for Excel 2003, however, one of the topics
covered on the exam is using XML. I have never used this facility, nor seen
it working. Does anybody know if any good websites that would explain what
it is, give examples etc??

I am currently going through the Help facility in Excel but am sure there
must be an alternative.
