I SURE HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME. WHEN I UPDATED TO
WINDOWS 2000 PRO, I LOST WORKS 4.5. I RECENTLY FOUND MY
DISC & REINSTALLED IT. (I PREFER TO USE WORKS INSTEAD OF
WORD) ANYWAY, WHEN I CLICK ON "USER DEFINED TEMPLATES"
AND THEN CLICK ON ONE OF THEM, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE
FROM "MSWORKS.EXE" AND THEN WORKS SHUTS DOWN. DO I NEED
TO INSTALL A NEW DRIVER? IF SO, WHERE DO I FIND IT?

Hi, Annie -

I'd post this in an MS Works newsgroup for best results - not sure if that
version is supposed to run on Win2k (I don't use Works). You don't need a
driver - a driver is a piece of software that tells the OS how to handle the
hardware installed.

Also note - best to turn off the caps lock - it's considered "shouting" and
makes your post difficult to read. :-)

Please lose the caps. More than likely a failed and or corrupted upgrade.
Try asking in works.win

Thank you. Sorry about the caps.
