Hi, I'm using word 2003 to develop web pages for a web site. Everything is
working fine and when I view the file (on my personal computer) it looks
great. The problem is when I transfer the file to the server, the images
don't come up when I look at the page on the internet.

I know why: the page is looking for the images on my personal computer
instead of looking for them on the server. I just don't know how to correct
this and I just need to know how to direct the page to find images at a
specified path. Any help is appreciated!

Doug,

Although graphics are embedded in your Microsoft Word® document, copy the
Microsoft Word® file AND the graphic source files to your web server.

For example, if you are using a picture named house.jpg in your Microsoft
Word® file, you need to copy the house.jpg file AND the Microsoft Word® file
to your web server.

After the necessary files are on your web server, make sure your web page's
links are referencing the appropriate graphics.

Lastly, preview the page to ensure your web page looks as desired.

If you need further assistance, please reply to this post.
