I have selected Word to edit my e-mail message in outlook
(tools, options, e-mail format). Every time I try a new
email it says "The form requires word as your e-mail
editor, but Word is either busy or cannot be found. The
form will be opened in the outlook editor instead".

I did not have this problem when using XP but I am now
using XP Media Addition. I have Microsoft Office 2000
professional installed on my computer in the normal place
and have no problems using any of the applications of
Office.

What's the problem?

Your versions of Outlook & Word must match. You can use Outlook 2000 with
Word 2000 but not another version of Outlook.
