using the 'Add to Work Menu' command

On Word 2000, there is a built-in menu named 'Work'.
Adding it gives you the possibility the add the current
document to a working list.
The only problem I am having now is how to remove a
document from the list?
 
You need to activate the destructive cursor CTRL+ALT+Hyphen

This gives you a large black hyphen which can be applied to permanently
remove *any* menu item - so treat with caution. You can cancel the cursor
with the ESC key.
