Does anyone know how to use the stationery in a Word 2002 document? I can
open a stationery file, but it doesn't print right.

Stationery is an Outlook or Outlook Express concept in Microsoft products.
Are you talking about email? Otherwise, look into templates and AutoText for
preformatted documents and/or document content.

For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog,
and locations of templates folders see
