Outlook 2002.
Hi,
is it possible to use standard signature in the bottom of a message when
I send a file using right click and 'send to' menu, from MyCompurer
resources?
Generally a new composing message window appear, but there is
no standard signature. It is blank. Even if a standard signature exist.
Any ideas?

thank you

regards

I thin someone's posted information on how to change the standard mail form
to add this. Google Groups should help you find the post.

I don;'t know of any way to control sigs with that menu - the send to menus
in all apps use simple mapi and for whatever reason, in outlook that brings
up the outlook editor and ignores the user's editor selection. The office
envelope feature doesn't hook into outlook in the usual way either, so no
sigs on those messages.

We recommend setting up either autotext or autocorrect entries with the sig
and inserting it where you want when you use word.
