Hi,
I am the only user on a winxp pro.
I want Outlook to get my mail at
scheduled times.
The only way i can get it to work
is if i set up an account for me
with a password.

Is there a work around for this so i
don't have to log in every time i boot
the machine and still schedule tasks?

thank's
Rich

If you don't want a password, then use the control panel, admin, local
security settings, local policies, security settings and unset the
'allow blank password for console only'. You can then schedule tasks
with a password-free account.

If you want a password (much better idea) but want to logon
automatically, use tweakuiXP to set this up (free download from MS
powertoys site), or else 'start, run, control userpasswords2', and do it
from there.

Thank you!!
