Roady said:You can use the Format menu when you have Outlook set as the e-mail editor
or use the e-mail Toolbar when you have Word set as the editor.
Note that RTF is the least compatible mail format and that upgrading a
message format on a reply isn't considered nice. If you have specific
needs to still upgrade the message format (for instance to use tables) use
HTML-format instead.
