Using regsvr32

My "Help and Support" options don't respond in XP possibly
due to spyware or corruption. I believe this can be
enabled by the use of regsvr32 to reregister the
appropriate DLL and possibly OCX files that are self
registerable. I would appreciate any help as to the files
to reregister.
