I am trying to create a PivotTable that will query data that exceed
65,000 rows (250,000 rows to be more exact). However, no idividua
user will ever need to display more than 25,000 rows.

Is there a way that I can have the 250,000 rows of data avialable i
Excel (or Microsoft Query), but not displayed? Then when the use
selects their critieria, only the total rows that meet their reques
would be displayed?

Thanks for your help!

Hi!

Have you looked at the possibility of splitting the data between
number of worksheets - maybe matching the users' particular areas?

Also: a pivottable can draw its data from 1 or more ranges on 1 or mor
worksheets.
