using PDF file as letterhead for MS word

I am having trouble setting up a pdf file as a Letterhead in word. How do I
do it?
I'm a bit of a computer ludite and change comes slowly but this would help a
great deal Thanks Ron Pocklington
 
Word has no ability to import PDF files.
