Using Outlook to send email only, not receive

I want to use Outlook to send email only. This is because
I want to access my email on more than one computer, at
any time or location. How do I set this up.

Don't know about "sending only" feature. But you can set
Outlook to receive messages BUT leave the message on the
server so it is available next time you check it.

Only problem with this is that you have to download all
messages again the next time you send / receive.

But if you want this option, go to your Email Account
settings (TOOLS > EMAIL ACCOUNTS (or Services)). Then go
to the properties of your email account. Go to More
Settings... (or Advanced, depends on version of Outlook)
and go to the Advanced tab. At the bottom you'll see a
checkbox saying "Leave copy of messages on server". Check
that and set options.

Actually, fairly easy. In Tools/Accounts put in a bogus "Incoming Mail
Server" for example if it should be smtp.gis.net you can put in
xxsmtp.gis.net

I do it this way so if I really need to get the mail on that machine I can
go in and just delete the xx

Which version. Outlook 2002 can set up send-only accounts.
