I like using Outlook because everything is there one may ever need - except
my favorite font. However, searching the instructions to use it is very time
consuming -and time is not something most people have a lot of. If you would
put all the instructions in one place like it is in Outlook Express - in
HELP, it would save business owners like myself a lot of time. Also, it
would be great if you would put "How to setup Outlook" in one place. Not
everyone knows the correct procedure to set up Outlook. To be able to
efficiently use this great email tool would increase the number of people
that use it because it will send productivity through the roof.
I realize Outlook is a hugh program but it will help if at least the basics
are somewhere on the help menu. All of us don't have the time to take a
computer course.
