I've just gotten elected communications officer for a club at school. I need
a way to communicate with more than 300 people at once.(The list may
eventually top 700)

I know how to build a database using Access, actually I've already done that
part. And I can use a querey to extract just the names and email addresses.

I know how to use Outlook. But I have been told I can only contact up to
100 people max. using the business add-in.

Ideally, I need a way to send the email so that recipients cannot gather
email addresses from the headers; I need to protect privacy as much as I
can.(This isn't an absolute necessity however)

If this is possible, will someone please inform me how it is done? Not real
technical.

Sue,
What a genious! You even helped me get around anti-SPAM as each mail is
sent indiviually. You're a life saver!!

Unless someone has an even better answer, my problem is solved.

Sue,
I was so excited I forgot to include the most important thing.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

You're welcome. Don't forget that you can save the merge document and thus preserve the settings for next time.

Yes, I went through the online tutorial real quickly this morning. Again,
thank you. I have already put this to use and am making much progress into
gathering some missing info.

Use the db as the source for a mail merge. Alternately, you could set up a
mailing list - such as at yahoogroups.com for the newsletters. Since you're
using a db and it's used for other club purposes, I'd go with mail merge.
