Using multiple accounts in outlook 2003

I have setup several accounts in outlook all with different email and reply
addresses. This is to allow me to send e-mails on behalf of my clients (with
their permission of course)

This has been working OK for a few days, but now outlook has started using a
different account (client) to the one selected when sending the email. I am
using outlook on a standalone machine trough the mail server of my ISP.

I would be grateful if anyone can shed any light on this problem.

When Outlook 2003 does this it is due to failure to connect or authenticate
to the outgoing server of the account you chose. OL just keeps choosing
accounts until it find one that will connect.
