USING msCONFIG

When Iremove an item from the start menu using MS config it knocks out my AOL
free virius checker, and i have to restore my previous date. any one know how
or why this happens?

I really should *not* have done that.

I checked and RICHIESP4 was CDO poster, so I figured he wouldn't be back. I
guess that just shows that I am prejudiced.

I go to start up and select apdroxy adobe\photoshop, vVx6000exe, nero
check,roxiowatch tray 9, drg to disc roxio. i basicly try to delete items
that do not have windows systems, or any of the aol security programs. also i
do not uncheck items that i don't know what the letters mean.

Well that is strange. First time I've seen that one reported. The only
things I can suggest are to uninstall/reinstall the AOL software, and
contact AOL tech support. Are you using AOL or just he AV? If the former,
personally I would recommend getting rid of AOL. It is extremely invasive,
worse than Symantec home products.
