I have been trying to download movies from a Video Camera
or VCR to Movie Maker using a Pinnacle Studio Movie Box
USB, and get the error "The video device is currently in
use. Close other applications using the device and try
again" The next message is "The video device cannot be
used at this time because there has been an error when
starting the device." any iddeas out there as to how to
fix this problem. The software that comes with the Movie
Box stinks, so I am trying very hard to find something
that will work before I have to return the device. Of
course with no help from Microsoft it's hard to get
anything done.
