Using LDAP for a directory search for internet mail accounts

We are using internet mail and I want to acces active
directory for a directory search from our email accounts.

I'm not sure what to use for the search base.

The domain is dadtel.loc
I have 3 OU's Cincinati, Columbus and Cleveland
 
BeaAnn this can be diffrent from e-mail client to e-mail client. Can you
please provide more information about where from you want to search in
Active Directory.
