Using IF and color

Hi guru's

=IF((SUM(I3:I25)>0),"Over Budget","Under Budget")

works for this, but I would like to change it to make the text a different
color. For instance, Under Budget be RED. I know that this can be done but
have forgotten how and can not find my notes.

Any help.
 
Click format, then Conditional Formatting.. It will come
back to you from there I think...
