Using FC.exe or Windiff.exe?

How do you use a tool like this to compare two different sets of registry
text files
to see what a new software has added? I have XP home, SP2,AMD3200+,1Gig
of ram 160GIG HD. I would appreciate any help. I looked in the knowledge
base but didn't find anything that was applicable to XP. Thanks in advance.

Hi carp11
I used to use a little app called Arkosoft System Snapshot
It stopped working on my box a while ago but it was a nice app
I googled it and found

I use a app called WhatChanged for Windows
http://www.prismmicrosys.com/whatchanged/
but it costs bucks.

I looked into the System Snapshot but they wanted to add to many other things.
I will try the demo of What Changed to see if it is what I want.
Reading at their wedsite sounds like it would be the ticket. I guess the
best things
aren't usually free. Thanks again ,
