The default style sheets are usually in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\CSS11
(same as FP2002 - File new page and select the styles tab)
But
IMHO you are best off assigned a decent style sheet editor to your CSS files such as Top Style
The big change in CSS in FP2003 is in the Themes, many of which have been enhanced w/ CSS to support STS and WebParts, etc.
They are in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Themes\
And the new ones are BLUECALM, BREEZE, AXIS, WATER, SPRING, SONORA, SLATE, SKY, SATIN, RIPPLE, PAPYRUS, JOURNAL, IRIS, ICE,
EVRGREEN, DEEPBLUE, COMPASS, CONCRETE, AFTRNOON, ARCTIC
