using crystal reports

I throw this question out to the news group to see if anyone has or is using
Crystal Reports for the reporting mechanism for A2k? If so, do you have any
difficulties in its use? Any words of wisdom?
Even tho A2k has report capability, to export or put into Word, all the
formatting is lost. The higher ups need the reports to be emailable with
formatting, etc. Someone mentioned Crystal. I have heard of it but have not
used it.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Do you have any more detailed specs than "reports to be emailable with
formatting, etc"? You can do this with a SnapShot or print to PDF.
