I have a problem with trying to make an image of a hard drive using "Image for Windows". One of the suggested fixes is
to run chkdsk /f. Well I've tried entering that into the Run command and there is just a momentary flash of a black DOS
screen with vanishes almost instantly. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Sorry, I should have added that I'm using XP Home/SP2.
