using calendar>work week - current day highlighted/brighter

it would be nice to have the current day highlighted or brighter when
displaying the calendar using work week display

| Today's date IS highlighted when you display the calendar, in ANY
| day/week/month view, as far as I can tell. The bar containing the
| date will be a different color. An example is attached.
