I have the system drive (C) and there is the additional drive (D). Can I use
the (D)
drive to store documents, fonts, photos, applications, etc...how do I bring
them up in WORD? Will it automatically allow me to select data from either
(C) or (D)?

Automatically?
Well.. if it is formatted and such - you can select it from the browse list
and do what you like with it - if that is "automatic"...

Hi,

Yes, you should be able to place and read data from D, just make sure D is
not a system recovery partition provided by the manufacturer. If it is, you
should not use it for your own data storage.

From Word, click file/open and in the dialog use the My Computer option to
access the list of available drives.

You can also set your My Documents, My Pictures, My Videos and My Music to
the D: drive as well using TweakUI and changing the folder for each.

That way Windows will automatically use that Drive for saving your personal
files.
