I have a database used by 26 of our Agencies, each agency has it's own form
to enter data.
Each form has a hidden field which has the Agencies Site Code in it, this
way staff can print out information based for their Site by filtering Reports
using their Site Code.
I am wanting to have 1 generic form used by all 26 sites and use a query on
the form which asks the user to enter their site code so that only their site
information can be viewed in the form rather than the entire companies.
Is it possible to use code to have the Site Code entered into the Query to
be automatically entered into every entry that person makes on that form? I
am not that great when it comes to coding, any help would be greatly
appreciated. If you would like further information please feel free to ask.
Having the 26 forms is time consuming as they are all identical besides the
default value of the Site Code, so a minor adjustment has to be done 26 times.
Thankyou for your time.
