Using a non-MSN account with Windows Messenger

I just signed up to use a non-MSN e-mail address with Microsoft Passport but
haven't received a verification e-mail yet. How long do they usually take? I
received two other messages almost immediately after signing up for a
passport.

And, if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow, how can I request another one to be
sent again?

Sometimes they come instantly, other times they come within a day or two. If you still
haven't received it after that, you can request another one from Passport Services:
