I am trying to use sound done on a music editing program (AudioRight) to fade
out music in my Power Point presentation. I keep getting "Power Point has
encountered a problem and must shut down". Has anyone else experienced this
problem? I am using Power Point 2003. Thanks for any suggestions.

This sounds like you may be trying to use a non-standard sound file type,
but this is just a guess. I have not used AudioRight, so can not offer
specific comments, but you may want to try converting the sound file to a
different format and see if this corrects the immediate issue.

Also you should ensure that your operating system and office suite are up to
date on all the upgrades.

If upgrades and converted sound formats do not solve the issue, could you
post back and let us know? We will offer additional ideas if we get to that
point.
