Hi

I manage 2 In Boxes (I log in as my main profile for
outlook and have the 2nd attached to my profile) for my
work place with Outlook XP. However when I send e-mails,
all sent mail is automatically placed in my main profiles
Sent basket. What I want to know is, is there a way to
have Outlook to have the sent mail iotems from
my 'secondary' inbox attached to my main profile to send
it to the secondary e-mail profiles sent box and not the
default one for my main profile...

Many thanks

If you have multiple Identities via which you can send, your reply-to o
From email would be different, right?

Create a Rule that Runs on sending a message, with "identity email" i
From and put it in the "Identity send" Folder.

I just re-read the question. And realized that, unless you View From
and are able to send From a different email address, you're going t
have problems. Since it appears that you may still be sending with th
default email account, another option for filtering would be a keywor
that would be in any reply ("Ref:" on the subject, instead of "Re:",
eg, meaning that you'd have to be conscious to make that change eac
time from the other account. If you're using Outlook 2000, you coul
create a new Reply form from the second Inbox that automatically put
that "Ref:" in ...

Yes I can view the From: field and use it when I need to
send mail out of the other e-mail address and thus that's
the problem because then it sticks what I send into the
my main e-mail address Sent Items and I want to be able
to have it so that is I send mail per normal it is as it
is set up by default but when I say but in Joe Blogs in
the From: field to send mail from it I want it sticking
the mail I send for it in the Sent Items for that address.

Hi...

That program looks great however it costs to actually use
even one additional mailbox by the looks of it. Not
being an Administrator for the entire Outlook E-mail
network this won't really work. I'm mroe looking for
something that I can do for just from my own computer...
Are there any other free add ons or ways of doing what
I'd like to do?

I have looked at the Wizard tool and although this would
be of great benifit, there is no option that I can do
that allows me to choose when mail is sent from 2nd e-
mail address to place it in the 2nd e-mail address sent
items folder.

I can get as far as the first bit of mail sent from...
but there is no option to choose what e-mail address...
can you give further insight in getting about this.

UniSent is an add-in for Outlook, so you do not need to be an administrator
to install and run it. Are you sure you have read carefully the description
at http://www.ivasoft.biz/unisent.html ?

I will investigate this further as it certain will do
what I want...

There isn't any other possible way of doing the same
thing without paying (open for anyone to comment)

Merriac-
If you figure something out, I'm all ears. I use an additional mailbox
quite extensively. I have a registry hack that sends my deleted items
from each account into the correct Deleted Items folder. However, I
have no such tool for Sent Items and I've been looking for about a
year.

The Rules Wizard is a good idea, but there is no option (using Outlook
XP) to select "from specified person" to sort sent emails by.

My workaround has been to use the rule wizard to change all emails sent
by "additional mailbox name" to the color red. Once a day, I select
all the red emails and move them to the correct folder.

I've looked at the ivasoft software, but was wanting something free.

Sorry!
