users sending empty email

I have two users, that since implementing Exchange Server frequently send
blank email. they start a new email, type the information they want to send
and send. When it gets to it destination it is empty. If they look in sent
items it is also empty. I hope you can help, one user is the company VP

Version of Outlook?
SP level?
Windows version?
Exchange version?
Internet or Internal mail, or both?
Using only Exchange in the mail profile, or Exchange & Internet mail?
 
Both on XP Pro SP2. Exchange 2000. Internal and external mail. Both only
using exhange profile in Outlook. One using Outlook 2003 and one using
Outlook 2000. Emails are usually text, no links or attachments. One uses a
signature in all emails, one doesn't but she uses a stationery. Thanks

Test using OWA...same results?
 
Stort trial with OWA, doesn't seem to get the same results. I've tried
changing their signature fonts, elminating auto signatures and stationery
with no results.

Try creating a new profile & testing. If it works, have the user use this
profile by default.
