Users other then Administator

i have made a new user a long time after i installed windows, now i cant login to Administrator in the new XP way, becouse then only the new user appears, and i cant delete the new user either
how can i delete the only user other then Administrator, or how can i make Administrator a regular account?

The default Administrator is normally hidden once another account is
created.
To access, reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
Select Administrator.

If you have Windows XP Pro, at the log in screen Ctrl/Alt/Del twice.
Enter Administrator.

You can copy the data from Administrator to a new profile:
