I see two users account when I log on the compter. When I go into the user account only one account comes up which is limited. I cannot access the screen that changes the users account information. Please help.

you are going to have to reinstall windows, i believe.
When you reinstall it, it will ask for the names you want
as user account. Make them what ever you want. Then log
in as the administrator and go to control panel. Got to
user accounts. Then you will see your user(s) and
something like ASP.Machine or something. Get rid of the
ASP thing. You don't need it.

Sorry, your post is a little hard to understand…If what you are saying is, when you log on there are 2 user names, yours and a second one that you don’t want, but when you try to remove it, by going to Start>control Panel>User Accounts…only one name is listed, and that name only has ‘limited rights’ and in order to make any changes, you must have ‘Administrator rights.

To log on as an administrator, restart your pc, and when you are on the ‘Welcome’ screen press
Ctrl>Alt>Delete twice. From there you can create an administrator account and password. Once that is done, you can access the User Accounts to make any changes you want

First off, don't reinstall windows, as was stated in an earlier reply. Try to change the account type via control panel> user accounts> pick an account to change> change my account type> and try changing it to administrator. If this does not work, or you have already tried this solution, try it again in Safe Mode (start> run > type 'msconfig' (no quotes)>BOOT.INI tab> tick '\SAFEBOOT'> restart your PC> and try to access/change the accounts in Safe Mode. Hope this helps.
