i would like to delete one of my user names but i also want all the files
from the old username to be on the new user name how do i do that?

Either of these procedures will allow you to copy the files
from the old user account into a new user account.

You will have to use a third account which is a computer
administrator in order to copy the files. You can use the
built-in Administrator account or, if you're running XP Home,
create a temporary admin account that can be deleted once the
procedure is completed.
