Username on 'My..' Folders

In the subfolders of each user's 'My Documents' are folders such as 'My
Music', 'My Pictures' and so on.

When you login in as a user and view another User's 'My Documents' they
become 'User's Music', 'User's Pictures', where the 'My' part is
replaced with the User's name.

Is there a way to add your own 'My..' folders which have the same
behaviour? I have tried to add a 'My Movies' folder, but logging in as a
different user, this remains 'My Movies' even though the others change.

It's not much of a problem, but it's one of those niggling things which
would be great to solve.

These are not directories, but shell "special folders"
The behavior is programmed into the shell extension
that handles presenting these special folders in the UI

So without reprogramming the extensions myself this problem will persist.
