I have recently upgraded from Windows 98 Second Edition to Windowa XP Professional
Upon every boot I receive a " userinit.exe-No Disk" "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR2" ERROR Message

I am totally lost as to the problem or how to correct it

I am also having trouble installing my HP Photoismart 7350 Printer. XP will not accept install from disk with printer.

a quick search turned up this:
http://annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/t1057545057
and this:
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/win2000/t1016392664
if that doesn't sort it; put: "userinit.exe no disk" in a search tool
