Userform Help

[immoral giant]

What code has to be put in to the userform?
For:
a) The text box which you type in?
b) The Order button which puts the code onto the spreadsheet in
defined cells?
c) The OK button which closes the userform?
and finally
d) The reset button which deletes all data from the userform so th
text boxs which you write in are clear.

Any help I would be really grateful
